How Keenas works (the simple version)
There’s a lot going on behind the scenes, but at a simple level, Keenas can be understood in three steps:
- Connect through the app. Households, roommates and homeowners start by joining the Keenas app and completing the compatibility and information steps that apply to them.
- Filter and prepare. Based on what people share, we help identify potential fits and make sure basic expectations and safety layers are addressed before introductions.
- Introduce with support. When a possible fit appears, we focus on supported introductions instead of throwing people together. Stewardship options and follow-up support may be available, depending on the situation.
